About Our Chef

Our Head Chef,  a young Trinidadian   and his culinary team,  welcome you to try a different style of dining in La Maravilla Restaurant located on the first floor.

Our bar staff would be happy to serve you one of our traditional “Caribbean Punches” or may be an enticing glass of your favourite wine or  cocktail.

La Maravilla Restaurant & Bar welcome all guests from 6.30pm to 10pm or Room Service from 7pm to 9.30pm.  With its warm tropical settings, la Maravilla Restaurant is widely known for its Caribbean & International cuisine.

Our Parisienne Corner in the Lobby serves you a full Breakfast from 6.30am to 10.30am and Lunch from 11am to 2.30pm (If you wish for a light snack, please call our front desk for options of the day)

Our Restaurant is also open to the public, so please encourage your business associates and friends to dine with us.
